Having flexibility and free time as a freelancer, I developed a passion for the real estate market (yeah, I thought it was like playing Lego). I had already made a smart investment of my mom’s resources in an apartment when I was 25. That was in Bulgaria, while I come from Russia and at the time, I was living in Italy (I’ve traveled a lot and I’ve lived in 6 different countries). When I was 30, I sold the apartment in Bulgaria, put my savings on top and bought another one, a very underestimated one, in Valencia, Spain. This one grew threefold in price just in 5 years. I viewed dozens of apartments with my friends as a consultant and developed practical knowledge of the real estate market of Valencia. I got offered a collaboration by a foreign real estate investment fund and currently, I make investment viability analyses for them.
In 2025, after having traveled to Ourense 4 times in one year, I finally rented a house. I moved for good in the winter of 2026, and in May 2026, after a very intense process full of adventures and discoveries at each step, I finally bought my lovely house.
If you’re interested in my professional profile, you can have a look at my Linkedin, however, I don’t think our profession defines our identity.
I’d be happy to collaborate with you and hopefully, we may become neighbors some day!
While one idea may be crystally clear to the speakers of a language variety, it may be not so evident or completely opaque to people from a different culture.
I make sure I understand the real idea behind the words of the speakers and identify their intentions. I transmit the meaning and not the words.
I strive to adapt the style, tone and language to the comprehension style of the interlocutor so that the information flows naturally and both sides understand each other.
We aim at identifying a purpose in the communication and at reaching the goals. I make sure both parties express themselves and clarified their goals.

AI generates translations of the interface for various programs. A human reviews them, and two other people categorize the types of errors (LQA). I resolve disputes between conflicting assessments.
AI generates the translations of a website or app interface. Several people correct the AI’s errors. I check whether the corrections are accurate, produce quality reports, and train my team.
The code of a video game app is written in English or Russian. I translate the interface and content of the app into other languages, generate translation memories, and create the terminology.
I collaborate with companies that have clients or suppliers with whom they don’t share a common language, providing them with interpretation, translation, international project management, or agent services.
My thesis explores the cognitive processes involved in human comprehension—how our brain is activated to understand a non-native language.
I learned to use machine translation tools, regular expressions, and tools for creating subtitles.
To successfully convey information, it’s important to understand how the human mind works. We studied learning theories.
