The advantages of moving to Spain are at least the following:
An overview of how things work in Spain and Galicia in terms of setting up a business
Training the team, adjusting the business model, contacting local providers, etc.
I graduated in Political Science and Foreign Languages from Moscow State Linguistic University in 2010. I started working as an interpreter at business expos in 2008 and discovered the world of international commerce.
I got a grant to study at UC Berkeley in 2009, where I studied Globalization. In 2010, I found my first “real” job in import-export in Moscow, where I am from. However, the 9-to-18 and Mon-Fri rules were clearly not for me.
In 2012, I started up Allegria, a brand of hand-painted bags and design garment I developed myself. I also supported international companies opening up a business in Moscow as an independent consultant.
In 2014, I made a smart real estate investment, moved to Italy where I got a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication. I started working in the field of localization (technical translation). I helped to start up some family business.
In 2017, I got another grant to study Linguistics at UC-Riverside, got back to Europe and moved to Spain, joined a Swiss start-up as a community manager. I also started my PhD in Madrid that same year.
In 2018, I traveled by motorbike from Madrid to Kirghizstan as a passenger, sold my property and made another smart real estate investment in Valencia which has appreciated in value 3 times.
In 2021, I opened another e-commerce, joined a major localization program through my client Welocalize and in 2022, became a Team Lead. In 2022, I closed the e-commerce and entered a business incubation program at Demium.
In 2022, I finished my PhD and created the first private school of intercomprehension Plurimente.
It entered an incubation program of Compluemprende and a start-up education program at Babson College sponsored by SantanderX.
I developed a business plan that allowed me to change my visa status in Spain to “entrepreneur” and from 2023, I focused primarily on supporting businesses.
With this purpose, I took professional trainings in Project Management at ESIC, 2022, in BA at Cámara de Comercio de Valencia, 2024, and EDEM, 2024, in Digital Transformation from ESIC, 2025.
I currently have two permanent clients whom I support in their everyday operations with international suppliers, Spanish teams, and local authorities. I’m looking forward to learning about your needs in Spain!
